Arbour Park is a design-led residential development set within Melbourne’s established, leafy suburb of Surrey Hills. Defined by a distinctive stepped architectural form softened by native landscaping, the building blends natural stone, textured concrete and full-height glazing to frame garden and streetscape outlooks.

Designed by Elenberg Fraser with landscapes by Openwork, Arbour Park offers a carefully curated collection of light-filled residences, balancing architectural clarity, privacy and a strong connection to surrounding parklands and village amenity.
