Leadership
Eric Loi Managing Director BE Civil (Hons)Eric founded Prime Edition (Previously JCL Prime), driven by his passion for development and commitment to delivering exceptional homes. His background in structural engineering includes significant involvement in modular construction with architect Nonda Katsalidis.
Eric’s ability to secure high-value development sites underscores his strategic insight and dedication to excellence. With over 25 years in the industry, Eric’s experience spans site management, engineering design, and property development.
This extensive background allows him to offer valuable expertise in construction and development, applying his knowledge in structural engineering, architectural design, and town planning.
Alistair Taylor Director BPD (Property & Construction), DBU, CBUAlistair Taylor has a passion for construction and architecture which manifested during his studies at Melbourne University and has developed over his 17 years in the industry.
Alistair’s diverse construction experience extends from low-rise, high-end residential and commercial high-rise construction, working with some Australia’s leading architectural, project management and construction firms.
Alistair’s strength in technical knowledge and construction methodology, combined with his expertise and innovative approach, has been instrumental in ensuring project deliverables are met with precision and efficiency, leading to the successful execution of construction projects.
