Located within South Yarra’s Domain Hill precinct, Avoca transformed a long-abandoned structure into six exceptional residences through an adaptive reuse approach that reduced waste and embodied carbon while delivering a more ambitious architectural outcome.

Defined by its sculptural limestone and travertine façade, integrated landscaping and generous indoor-outdoor living, the project has been well received by the market, with only two residences remaining available.
