Throughout their development journey, Eric and Alistair have consistently pursued outcomes that challenge convention. At Avoca, significant elements of the existing structure were retained and repurposed, reducing demolition waste and embodied carbon while preserving the character of the site. At Como Toorak, an approved scheme was revisited and refined to deliver fewer, larger residences better aligned with the expectations of owner-occupiers seeking exceptional homes.
