ERIC LOI, Managing Director
Eric Loi has worked tirelessly throughout his career to pursue his passion for development and delivering homes of quality and rarity, an ethos underpinning Prime Edition’s own values.
With a background in structural engineering, he has previously been involved in all scales of construction projects, including modular construction with Nonda Katsalidis.
Eric’s impressive track record in securing the best and most profitable development sites highlights his strategic acumen and commitment to excellence in every endeavour.
ALISTAIR TAYLOR, Director
Alistair Taylor has a passion for construction and architecture which manifested during his studies at Melbourne University and has developed over his 14 years in the industry.
Alistair has a diverse range of construction experience that extends from low-rise, high-end residential to commercial high-rise construction, working with some of Australia’s leading architectural, project management, and construction firms.
Alistair’s strength in technical knowledge and construction methodology, combined with his expertise and innovative approach, has been instrumental in ensuring project deliverables are met with precision and efficiency, leading to the successful execution of complex construction projects.
Current Career Opportunities
Prime Edition has an opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager with high end residential experience to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, you will assist the SDM in the preparation of feasibilities and business cases including all aspects of the development lifecycle (acquisition, sales/leasing, funding, design, handover to construction team etc.)
Prime Edition work with the best architects and builders to design innovative residences and spaces of limited quantity and of special nature. We are dedicated to developing buildings that last, to the creation of landmarks and legacies and to our clients and their homes.
Responsibilities include but not limited to –
- Maintaining relationships with clients, tenants, and other key stakeholders
- Oversee and coordinate design process to ensure alignment with project objectives, budget constraints, and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop innovative and functional design solutions
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate such risks
- Prepare detailed scopes of works
- Assist SDM to prepare monthly project status reports, PCG reports
- Project forecasting, cashflow, program reporting and budget reviews
- Assist with managing sales and marketing strategy for projects
- Collaborate with sister contracting entity and project teams to deliver projects successfully
Qualifications & Experience –
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within high end residential development industry
- Proficient with Estate Master and MS Project and MS Office Suite
- Professional written and verbal communication skills including strong negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Attention to detail, takes ownership and meets deadlines
- Team player willing to contribute to a positive team culture
