33 Queens Pde marks works commencing with culture, collaboration and community
Honouring the Wurundjeri land we are proud to build on, First Nations Elder Uncle Willie led a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony, blessing the site as we move into the next phase of construction.
The proceedings were attended by representatives from Henny Builders, Cera Stribley, Etched, Capital Marketing and the Bank of Melbourne, reflecting the strong collaboration behind the project. The ceremony set a respectful and inspiring tone as works progress toward delivering a rare collection of apartments, townhouses and penthouses that celebrate the character of Clifton Hill.
Following the ceremony, Prime Edition welcomed future residents and locals to a well‑attended Public Open Day at the 33 Queens Pde Display Suite. The event provided an opportunity for future residents to connect, and for neighbours to visit the space, meet the project team and learn more about what’s to come.
Visitors explored the display suite, gained insights into the project’s design and construction journey, and enjoyed barista‑made coffees and pastries from local bakery To Be Frank. The Open Day formed an important part of Prime Edition’s commitment to meaningful community engagement and to fostering strong relationships with those who will call the neighbourhood home.
The excitement from both our collaborators and the community was resounding. The project continues to be shaped by long‑standing partnerships—including Prime Edition’s fifth collaboration with Henny, our trusted builder. With piling now complete on site, basement earthworks will commence shortly.
