A rainy morning, but a beautiful turn out at Como Toorak’s Open Day
Como Toorak welcomed a strong turnout of local residents on Saturday as Prime Edition hosted an Open Day to unveil two newly completed residences. Despite wet weather, guests arrived steadily throughout the morning to explore the spaces and enjoy barista coffee and Easter treats.
The event marked the first public preview of Sub Penthouse 203 and Terrace Residence 204, two expansive homes designed by Jolson and set within Paul Bangay’s lush gardens.
Spanning 381sqm internally with a 67sqm terrace, Sub Penthouse 203 impressed attendees with its refined proportions, dedicated bar, second living retreat and expansive master suite. Whole‑floor living, views across Royal South Yarra Tennis Club and proximity to Como Park further elevate the experience.
Terrace Residence 204, with its 350sqm internal footprint and 47sqm terrace, captivated visitors with its rare dual‑aspect design and abundance of natural light. A dedicated meals area overlooking the energy of Royal South Yarra Tennis Club offers a serene daily ritual within this sophisticated Toorak residence.
With both homes now complete and ready to move into, the Open Day showcased the exceptional craftsmanship, materiality and sense of calm that define Como Toorak. Private inspections are now available by appointment.
