Earlier this year, in the newly completed Como display apartment, Prime Edition Directors Eric and Alistair joined Stephen Jolson and Mat Wright of Jolson Architecture and Interiors to reflect on a journey more than three years in the making. It was a moment to celebrate the culmination of design, collaboration, and craftsmanship that has shaped Como Toorak into something truly exceptional.
Como Toorak is the result of over 25 years of design experience, with Jolson’s signature sculptural approach creating a building that is both architectural and deeply connected to its landscape. Designed to be experienced from every angle, Como is a landmark of contemporary design and enduring quality.
A Milestone in the Making
The unveiling of Como’s facade marks a significant milestone ahead of its summer completion. At 2 Bruce Street, more than 100,000 handcrafted Spanish bricks from Valencia form a richly textured and enduring structure. This level of detail and commitment to materiality is echoed throughout the project.
The completion of Apartment G05 exemplifies the bespoke nature of Como’s residences. With an impeccable material palette that flows seamlessly from the sculptural exterior, each home offers a unique sense of place and personalisation at scale.
Design with Purpose
At its core, Como is about creating 16 individual residences that feel more like bespoke homes than apartments. Each residence is shaped by its orientation, outlook, and connection to nature. Privacy and security are paramount, offering residents a sense of confidence and peace of mind.
