From the commencement of works at Tintern Toorak Village and 33 Queens Parade, marking exciting new chapters, to the unveiling of display apartments, striking facades, and sales that set new benchmarks — this year has been one of momentum and milestones.

With Avoca South Yarra and Como Toorak nearing completion, and Arbour Park, Surrey Hills receiving industry recognition, these achievements underscore our unwavering commitment to excellence and quality.

Project Highlights

33 Queens Pde, Clifton Hill

Demolition is complete, with approvals secured from the City of Yarra, paving the way for construction to commence early next year. This rare collection of apartments, townhouses, and penthouses blends style and functionality, featuring private terraces, light-filled interiors, and a sophisticated material palette.

Avoca South Yarra

Residences at 17 Avoca Street have officially received Occupancy Permit, with the first residents moving in just in time for Christmas. Acquired in 2023 as an unfinished shell, Avoca now offers five full-floor residences and one rare luxury home designed by Pandolfini Architects.

Como Toorak

At 2 Bruce Street, Como Toorak achieved two record-breaking penthouse sales and unveiled its stunning facade. Designed by Jolson with landscapes by Paul Bangay, completion is anticipated in February 2026.

Tintern Toorak Village

October marked the commencement of works at Tintern Toorak Village. Designed by Prime Edition with interiors by Hecker Guthrie, Tintern will feature two full-floor apartments and a multi-level penthouse at the heart of Toorak Village.

Arbour Park, Surrey Hills

Our construction partner, Henny, was awarded Excellence in Medium Rise Apartment Buildings at the 2025 Master Builders Association of Victoria Awards for Arbour Park, Surrey Hills.
